Lost Cat: Help Find Winky

Have you seen or found a black cat near the area of Concord High and Dana Plaza this week? 

If so, please leave a comment or question below in the comments section as his owner is very worried about his well being.

His name is Winky and was last seen Sunday evening. 

• Radio ID chip near his shoulder but was not wearing a collar. He takes it off, according to his owner.
• His face is black as is the rest of his body except what you see in the above photos.
• He weighs about 14 pounds.

Again, the owner is very worried, so please help out if you have any information that could lead to finding him.
