I’ve tried in vain to brown this baking mat the same way all the other ones I’ve bought have done after using it two or three times but I just can’t do it. I’ve baked cookies, reheated pizza, baked french fries and even baked fish and still there is no browning of the mat. I gladly give this mat 5 stars and will happily never use the other’s again. Yes, I LOVE IT... Buy this mat with confidence that it won’t matter if you are a baker from scratch or a reheater of restaurant food this mat is perfect for both. If you have teenagers that like to dirty cookie sheets with reheating food but have amnesia on how to clean it... Even they can handle the clean up of this mat, really, I’ve actually seen it happen!
