Chain-Saw Wielding Driver Sets Off Traffic Snarl
Traffic On HWY 4 is slow because of a crash involving a man who decided not to linger and took his chainsaw on the road.
CONCORD, CA — HWY 4 traffic between Concord and Antioch is slow because of a crash on the roadway this morning.
CHP said the crash happened around 7 a.m.
The crash was relatively minor but traffic was stalled while CHP sought one of the drivers who officers said exited his car and walked away carrying a chain saw.
