CHP Investigating Shooting On Highway 4
A car was struck multiple times by bullets, Contra Costa California Highway Patrol officials say.
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA — California Highway Patrol is investigating a shooting Monday night on state Highway 4 in Bay Point. A car was struck multiple times by bullets at about 10 p.m. on westbound SR-4 at Bailey Road, according to CHP.
The driver of the car escaped without injury, CHP says.
Personnel with CHP - Contra Costa and CHP Golden Gate Division's Investigative Services Unit are looking into the shooting and are asking anyone who may have witnessed it to call 1-800-TELL-CHP.
