Concord Offices Closed for Memorial Day; Pool Opens With New Inflatables

This 60-foot obstacle course looks like fun!

From the City of Concord:

City of Concord offices will be closed Monday, May 25 for Memorial Day. Offices to be closed include the Civic Center complex (1950 Parkside Drive), Public Works and Engineering (1455 Gasoline Alley), the Concord Senior Center (2727 Parkside Circle), Centre Concord (5298 Clayton Rd.), Willow Pass Community Center (2748 East Olivera Rd.) and Police Headquarters (1350 Galindo St.). Police patrol and dispatch operations will not be affected by the closure.

Concord Community Pool, 3501 Cowell Rd., will remain open. Hours will be 10 a.m. to noon for adult lap swim and from 1 to 4 p.m. for recreational swimming. The pool will be open the same hours on Saturday and Sunday, May 24 and 25. On Saturday, two new giant inflatables will make their debut. Similar to inflatables used on the TV show Wipe Out, the 60-foot obstacle courses offer fun for all ages.
