The City of Concord is in the process of developing a Corridors Streetscape Plan for the area. The intent is to improve connections for pedestrians and bicyclists between the Concord BART station and the downtown area around Todos Santos Plaza.

At the meeting, staff will also share information on related projects, including the Downtown Bike Lane Improvements Project, and the Bike, Pedestrian and Safe Routes to Transit Plan. The next step will be preparation of conceptual design development drawings for the three street segments.
