Family Concerned For Missing Concord Man
Paul "Johnny" Rounds, 68, does not read or write, according to family members. He was reported missing Sept. 9, Concord police said.

CONCORD, CA — Family and friends of a disabled, homeless Concord man say he has gone missing and that they are concerned for his welfare. Paul "Johnny" Rounds, 68, was last seen Sept. 5 in Martinez, according to a photo circulating on social media sites including Facebook.
His wallet has been turned into a local police department, relatives said.
"My family is so worried and scared that something might have happened to him," Krissie Beals, Rounds' niece, told Patch Monday night, noting that her uncle goes by Johnny.

According to family members, Rounds does not read or write and often forgets he lives on the streets of Concord.
Beals is pleading with anyone who possibly knows anything about his whereabouts to call police.

Concord police Cpl. David Petty confirmed a missing person report was filed Sept. 9 for Rounds. The case has been assigned to the investigations unit, Petty told Patch.
However, Concord Police Department does not have Rounds' wallet, Petty said.
Martinez Police Department also said a wallet has not been turned in for Rounds.
Anyone who has any information about Rounds' whereabouts is asked to call the Concord Police Department at 925-671-3333. Beals said tipsters can also contact Rounds' sister, Sue, at 925-812-2679.
