Find Your Voice in 2016 and Beat the January Blues

Sing with Diablo Women's Chorale beginning January 11, 2016.

Suffering from a bad case of the January blues? Feeling the urge to huddle under the duvet until the spring? Step away from your PJs! Diablo Women’s Chorale, in Walnut Creek, may have just the melody for your malady.

We have almost lost count of the stories members have told us about how singing has changed their lives for the better. Our choir members taught us about the power of singing by sharing their personal experiences, which range from thankfulness for an enhanced social life to humbling testimonies describing how singing helped to alleviate chronic pain or combat clinical depression.

The spring season begins with a free introductory session on Monday, January 11, 2016, 6:30pm, at Saint Matthew Lutheran Church on Wiget Lane, featuring selections from Queen, Elvis and recent Disney princess ballads.
