The child fell from the second floor of a home.

A four-year-old girl suffered a head injury after she fell from the second story of a residence in Concord Sunday evening, according to fire officials.

Fire crews responded at 5:49 p.m. to a report of a child who fell from a window in the 2000 block of Olivera Road, a fire dispatcher said. The girl was “conscious and alert” when medical personnel arrived, fire Capt. George Laing said.
