Clayton Community Library Spring Used Book Sale
- Where/When: ; Friday, 4 to 7 p.m. (members only), Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sunday, noon to 4 p.m.
- Why Go: The Clayton Community Library Foundation Spring Used Book Sale will be held in the Community Room. Most books sell for $1, and children’s books are only 50 cents. Pick up some great bargains at the “Special Books” table.

Cast Offs Teen Knitting Group
- Where/When: ; Sunday, 3 to 4pm
- Why Go: Join the teen knitting group called the Cast Offs. Teens are welcome to bring in projects to work on and past ones to show off. A knitting instructor will be on hand to answer any questions.

John Muir's Birthday & Earth Day Celebration
- Where/When: ; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Why Go: Come celebrate the legendary naturalist and founder of the Sierra Club at this family event. The celebration will feature music, a silent auction, self-guided tours of the 1882 Victorian Muir home and grounds, nature walks and National Park Service Junior Ranger activities.

Celebrate Mama
- Where/When: ; Sunday, 11 a.m to 4 p.m.
- Why Go: Celebrate Mama features 8o-plus vendors. Moms can enjoy pampering, wine, food, and live music. The whole family will love free activities such as dance performances, bounce houses, face painting and balloon twister.
- Price: Free
Steppingstones Playshops for Children
- Where/When: Ruth Bancroft Gardens; Saturday; 9:30 a.m. to noon for ages 8-11; 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. for ages 12-14.
- Why Go: Children will make a collage journal from home-made paper and explore nature.
- Price: $25, plus $10 materials fee
