Male, 18, Stabbed Wednesday Afternoon in Concord
Investigators seeking anyone with information.

Police are investigating a report of a stabbing in Concord on Wednesday afternoon that may have stemmed from a fight, police said today.
Around 2 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to a report from a hospital of an 18-year-old man who was being treated for stab wounds.
Police said the man was in stable condition. Police said the man was uncooperative with the officers and refused to talk about how he was injured.

A preliminary investigation revealed that about an hour earlier, the man was likely involved in a physical fight with another male on Willow Pass Road near Sixth Street in Concord. Lt. David Hughes said investigators don’t yet know the relationship between the victim and the alleged suspect.
