- If you see a lot of emergency activity on the main campus of Mt. Diablo High School on Saturday, don't worry. It is only a drill. TEEN CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) training will conclude that day with a full day of exercises on the campus. "This is the first time that a high school within the Mt. - Part of Highway 24 was shut down on Wednesday to search for a car that was reportedly stolen in a carjacking in Orinda. The suspect reportedly drove to Oakland, picked up a second passenger and then returned along Highway 24, where the vehicle struck another in the Caldecott tunnel. No injuries were reported in the collision. Both suspects were detained near the St. Stephens off-ramp. (News 24/680)
