Nursing Facilities in the Bay Area
Below are a few photos of the way your loved ones are being treated in the facilities from Laclinica to SFH and so on.
The first photo is a photo of how you are breathing in dirt and germs in these facilities, this is one more way of how neglect hurts us all. The second photo is the start of cleaning out the personal effects drawer of a patient that later discovered over $10,000 dollars in cash in the drawer. This is very dangerous and was never reported to the state. Photo number 3 is the electrical outlet servicing a residents bed Safety hazard. He had his oxygen, radio, cell phone, tablet and more hooked up to a power cord that was then as you see in photo number 4 how it was wrapped around his bed rail, electrocution waiting to happen. With his urine dispenser sitting on his over bed table next to his water. Photo 5 shows the power cord.
Photo number 6 shows a RED BIO HAZARD BAG sitting on a residents bed this is a no no and should be handle with care and not sat on a patients bed. Buildings are flooded with rodents and cock roaches, I have documentation from Clark Pest Control about how many times I had to call for services.
