CONCORD, CA — Patch reader Sherry Watkins sent in a photo of this week's full pink supermoon, a picture she took in her own backyard in Concord. The photo was snapped at 8:15 p.m. Monday, she said.

"View of the full moon through the backyard oak tree after the cleansing rain," Sherry wrote in an email to Patch.
