Police Activity at Bonifacio Road Apartment Building, One Arrested

Close to ten Concord Police cars, a K-9 officer and handler were on scene at an apartment building on Bonifacio Street around 11:30 a.m., where a man was taken away in handcuffs. 

Officers at the scene would not comment on the details of the incident, but a call was put in to the department for more information. We'll update the story once we know more.
