Soul Power Emanates from Todos Santos Plaza This Evening

You’ll be able to hear the horn section all around downtown Concord this evening as the series of free concerts at Todos Santos Plaza in downtown Concord continues this evening with a performance by the East Bay’s Soul Power, specializing in soul, funk and rhythm ‘n blues.

The seasonal series of Thursday evening concerts, from 6:30 to 8 p.m., continues through Sept. 15.
