Stolen Trailer Sold Online To ... Concord Cops
The motorcycle trailer was boosted from a BMW dealership in Concord, authorities said.
CONCORD, CA – A man was arrested after unwittingly "selling" an allegedly stolen motorcycle trailer to Concord detectives, police said.
A Concord BMW dealership contacted law enforcement after a lock to its property was cut, and a motorcycle-towing trailer went missing, the Concord Police Department said.
Dealership workers, "acting on a hunch," scoured online, for-sale sites and found the item listed -- accompanied by a photo showing the trailer propped against a wall at the dealership, police said.
