Surprise Delivery! North Bay Woman Who Didn't Know She Was Pregnant Delivers Baby

A 23-year-old Vallejo woman who says she did not know she was pregnant until she delivered her own baby.

Stephanie Turnage told KRON 4 she had a menstrual cycle throughout the pregnancy and did not know she was pregnant until she saw a little head coming out as she used the restroom.

According to KRON, the 6-pound, 7-ounce boy named Jordan Malachi Jenkins is doing well.

Cryptic pregnancies, although rare, do occur and are believed to happen when a woman has extremely low levels of human chorionic gonadotropin in their body during gestation. Read more about the incredible delivery.
