Teachers with the Contra Costa County School Education Association
are scheduled to hold a protest this afternoon -- Thursday -- in Concord.
The teachers, who teach students from juvenile hall or face other
challenges, are criticizing a 1 percent pay raise being offered by their
employer.
Their protest was planned for 3:30 p.m. outside the offices of the CTA
Regional Resource Center at 2177 Diamond Blvd., Concord.
