In the second incident, 18-year-old Emmanuel Morales of Antioch is in custody on suspicion of murder stemming from a shooting on Wharf Drive. Thirty-eight-year-old Arturo Morales was detained on an accessory charge for the same incident. (CBS Bay Area)
