Who Shot Up Concord Police Headquarters?

Bullet damage found Saturday night at the station on Galindo Street. [Breaking]

CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA – Police are investigating a shooting that happened just outside of the Concord Police Department Saturday night, which left the building with some minor damage, police said.

Around 11:15 p.m., the police's dispatch center received multiple calls reporting gunshots heard near the police department at 1350 Galindo St., according to police.

When officers responded, they found bullet marks near the front of the building.

Officers then closed Galindo Street in both directions as they investigated the scene, police said.

No injuries were reported and no suspect information was immediately available.
