Ready to roll for a great cause? Come join the biggest backgammon day of the year!
On Saturday, November 7, the San Diego Backgammon Club takes over Embassy Suites by Hilton La Jolla for a full day of tournament backgammon. Dice are rattling, the doubling cube is flying, and the room is full of excitement from the first roll to the final match.
Who’s at the table? Everyone. Doctors, lawyers, truck drivers, tattoo artists, retirees, students, engineers, and entrepreneurs, all competing side by side for a good cause.
Play. Compete. Support a great cause. 30% of every entry fee goes to the Highgate Charitable Foundation. Enjoy free food all day, and don’t miss the silent auction!
The format is double elimination with 9-point matches, so everyone gets at least two chances to win. Check-in is at 9:30 AM, and the $150 entry includes tournament play and your contribution to the charity.
Seating is limited to 64 players, first come, first served. Registration is required, so save your seat today!
