On March 18, there will be two competitions at Silver Strand State Beach:
- Super Seal V: 1500 meter swim, 40K bike, 10K run
- Seal Sprint II: 500 meter swim, 20K bike, 6K run
Both begin at 7 a.m. Registration is open for them both.
