To kick-off a renovation project that will result in the re-opening of the Village Theater, which has been shuttered since 2000, an open house will be held. The public is invited to drop by and view plans for the interior designs for the lobby, main theater and two smaller theaters. Popcorn and sodas will be served.
Officials are scheduled to make a presentation at 3 p.m.
