High-Rise Condo Units Sell for $2.295M in Coronado

Two adjacent condo units in Coronado Shores recently sold for $2,295,000. The Daily Transcript reported that the 18-th floor units in the Coronado Shores high-rise at 1820 Avenida Del Mundo total 2,692 square feet.

The publication reported the buyer was 1820 Ave. Del Mundo #1206-1207 LLC and the seller was the Zoological Society of San Diego.

The first unit has three bedrooms and three bathrooms in a 1,697-square-foot floor plan. The second unit has one-bedroom in a 995-square-foot floor plan, it said.
