Islanders' Big Second Half Keys Homecoming Win
Coronado outscores Clairemont 27-0 after intermission to pull away to 48-21 victory.

Running back Charles Westbrook scored three touchdowns in the second quarter, all from three yards out, as Coronado High overcame a 14-0 first-quarter deficit on the way to a 48-21 win over Clairemont.
The Islanders (6-2, 3-1 in the Central League) pulled away from a 21-21 halftime tie at their homecoming game, scoring 27 unanswered points in the second half.
Jake Shepherd scored twice for Coronado, and Austin Denson and Mason Copp also had rushing touchdowns.
