LeBron James Says 'I Do' in Wedding, But Not in Coronado

Celebrity hounds and sports fans eagerly waited to hear where NBA player LeBron James held his San Diego wedding this past weekend. James and his longtime girlfriend Savannah Brinson were rumored to say their "I do's" at either the Hotel Del Coronado or the Grand Del Mar in Carmel Valley. It was a 50/50 shot for fans hoping to catch a glimpse of the highly private 3-day wedding festivities. 

The wedding did not take place in Coronado, however. Business Insider reported the wedding took place at the posh Grand Del Mar with 200 friends and family in attendance.

Sources reveal the guest list included fellow Heat player Dwayne Wade and his celeb girlfriend Gabrielle Union, Chris Bosh, Carmelo Anthony, Ne-Yo and Drake.

The Associated Press reported guests had their phones taken away for the ceremony and reception in an effort to ensure that no photos or details leaked out.

Local TV stations attempted to cover the ceremony from the sky, however large tents covered most of the reception area and the arrival of guests. The AP said fans who tried to gain access to the hotel were ushered away and "told only that a private event was taking place."
