Grand theft, 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., July 9 to July 10, 1700 block of San Luis Rey Avenue, a $1,000 laptop stolen during an open house.

Identity theft, June 1 to Sept. 30, 2010, 1000 block of Isabella Drive, victim's identity used to open an AT&T phone account in Atlanta.
