Road Work to Close Strand Way Near Coronado City Hall

CORONADO, CA — Sections of Strand Way will be closed for road work on Saturday, Oct. 1, Monday, Oct. 3 and Wednesday, Oct. 5 near City Hall, the Coronado Yacht Club, the Community Center and the Glorietta Bay boat launch ramp, the city advised.

Community Center and City Hall visitors should be aware of the road closures, which are in order to accommodate crews putting down a slurry seal to make the road smoother, city officials said.

• Oct. 1 — Strand Way closed from City Hall to Yacht Club
• Oct. 3 — Strand Way closed from west side of Community Center to Boat Ramp
• Oct. 5 — Strand Way closed from water fountain to City Hall

Parking on Strand Way and road access will be limited or closed on these dates, according to a city Facebook post, and parking space removal will take place through Oct. 6.
