Wells Fargo Lays Off 24 More
Wells Fargo, which has a location at 829 Orange Ave. in Coronado, has laid off 113 employees locally this year.
Wells Fargo Bank laid off 925 mortgage employees across the nation, including 24 workers in San Diego, according to the San Diego Business Journal.
Wells Fargo said jobs were being cut due to the slowdown in the mortgage origination and refinancing volume, according to the local newspaper.
