Wine & Lecture: Exhibit Curator presents "100+ Years of Coronado Yachting" this Friday

Coronado is a world-class center for boating and sailing. The Coronado Historical Association is celebrating the island’s rich nautical history with the advent of its latest exhibit, “100 Years of Coronado Yachting,” which opened last week.

This Friday, August 23, from 5:30–7 p.m., exhibit curator Bruce Linder will present a special lecture designed to complement the new exhibit, delving more deeply into the stories of the three yacht clubs on the island.

Bruce is Executive Director of the Coronado Historical Association but is also an author and historian with extensive knowledge of the maritime history of California.  His lecture will help the audience develop a better appreciation and understanding of this important aspect of Coronado history.
