• Ending a career of helping farms with nature (pajaronian.com) — A longtime leader of the Pajaro Valley-based Wild Farm Alliance is retiring after decades of helping local farms work with nature instead of chemicals. Her work brought bird nest boxes to places like Blue Heron Farm in Corralitos, where farmers saw fewer pests and better ecosystem health, and she plans to keep supporting similar efforts in a consulting role.
