ChildLife Buys $1.2 Million Building
ChildLife Essentials has purchased an 11,200-sq.ft. building in Culver City for $1.2 million, according to CDC Small Business Finance, a nonprofit SBA lender that facilitated the transaction.
The owners of ChildLife, who developed and retail nutritional supplements for infants and children, took advantage of an SBA-504 loan to buy the building located at 8690 Hayden Place.
The SBA-504 program allows small businesses to finance the purchase of commercial real estate and large equipment with a 10% down-payment. Loans range in size from $250,000 to over $15 million. Small businesses can find out if they qualify for an SBA-504 loan by clicking on CDC’s Prequalify Today.
