After losing their first game in the California District 25 Tournament, the Culver City Little League 10- and 11-year-olds faced a rough road to get to the championship game. They almost made it.
After four victories in a row in the bottom half of the bracket, Culver City lost 3-1 on Tuesday to West L.A, one more win from a berth in the title game.
Culver City beat North Venice, Santa Monica West, Beverly Hills and Malibu by a combined 52-6 before running into West L.A.
