Culver City Council Will Discuss New Condo Subdivision

City officials will hold a public hearing in July for eight proposed condominium units on Helms Avenue in Culver City.

CULVER CITY, CA — Culver City council will host a public meeting and hearing in July to discuss a proposed eight-unit condominium.

The new residential condominium subdivision is proposed for 3336-3340 Helms Ave., Culver City, just east of the Culver City Station.

City officials will hold a video meeting to discuss the project and hear public comments on July 13 at 7 p.m.

The city council approved the project's tentative tract map request in May for applicant and owner BCG Helms Homes, LLC. Modative is designing the proposed development, according to UrbanizeLA.

The meeting will be virtual as the city continues to follow social distancing measures.
