The Culver City Rotary Club is hosting a blood drive in partnership with Cedars-Sinai Blood Donor Services.

Bring a photo ID
Be in good health
Weigh at least 110 pounds
Eat a good meal
Drink extra water
Be at least 17 years old
- A 16-year-old may donate if they have a signed parent consent form(PDF, 137KB) and weigh at least 135 pounds

All donors will be required to wear a face covering or face mask
Standard infection control measures and physical distancing will be enforced
COVID-19 antibody testing is available for all blood donors
Donors will receive a choice of a coupon for a pint of Baskin-Robbins ice cream or a limited-edition T-shirt
Parking is available in nearby parking lots, or consider trying transit. Take Culver CityBus Line 1 or Line 7 to get there.
