- You must be at least 18 to get vaccinated for COVID-19 at this clinic. If you are between the ages of 12 and 18, you can easily find a different clinic online.
- You do not need to be a Culver City resident.
- Appointments are not required, and walk-ups will be accepted.
- Although not required, please register online for this event, or for any other convenient vaccination clinic if you are able. You do not need a special code or link to register.
