Culver City's 100th Birthday Celebration This Saturday

All proceeds from the beer garden will go benefit those affected by Hurricane Harvey.

CULVER CITY, CA – This Saturday, the City of Culver City will be hosting a centennial celebration – a 100th birthday party for the city! The party will run from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on September 16 at Veterans Memorial Park with activities, a beer garden, and food trucks. Proceeds from the beer garden will benefit those affected by Hurricane Harvey.

From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., there will be arts & crafts, games, street chalk art, a baking contest, historic bus tours, relay races, and more. Later in the day from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., there will be dancing, and live music from The Pine Mountain Logs and Jack Mack & The Heart Attack.

Veterans Memorial Park is located at 4117 Overland Ave., Culver City, 90230.
