CULVER CITY, CA — A traffic stop in Culver City for vehicle code violations turned up a loaded, unregistered 9mm handgun, police said Sunday. The traffic stop occurred at approximately 3:40 p.m. Saturday in the area of Washington Boulevard and Helms Avenue, the Culver City Police Department reported.
