Driver Dies In Single-Car Culver City Crash

CULVER CITY, CA – A driver died from fatal injuries after crashing into a tree in Culver City early Friday morning, police said. The crash occurred about 4:35 a.m. at Washington Boulevard and Sherbourne Drive, police said.

Information was not immediately available on the description of the fatally injured motorist, who died at the scene. They were driving alone – no one else was in the vehicle, police said.

Traffic was routed away from the area while an investigation was conducted.
