La Palabra's "Afro Cuban Jazz" band pulsates powerfully with Afro-Cuban rhythms, classic Jazz and Soul. By using traditional instruments like the timbales, congas, Drums, cencerro (a large cow bell) piano, bass, and Sax he is able to breakdown musical boundaries with his energetic and eclectic spirit. As The Leader of Stevie Wonder's Phoenix Rising project, his musical delivery and vocal range rivals that of the Latin world's best crooners.
