Contemporary Ballet Technique Workshop with Chris Stanley of Helios Dance Theatre

Chris Stanley works as a principal dancer with Helios Dance Theater for 6 years and has performed with several companies across the coutry. He has studied Cunningham, Limon, Graham, Weidman, Horton and release techniques. He will use concepts from each of these techniques to explore the joy of moving big, while finding opportunities to throw the body off balance and move on and off the floor with ease. Be ready to MOVE and cover some space.
