Popping Workshop with Elizabeth Martin

Elizabeth Martin will guide you through proper popping foundation and techniques in this two-hour workshop. She will break down the fundamentals of isolations, animation and waving and then teach you a fun combo at the end!
Elizabeth, most recently seen on America's Best Dance Crew Season 5 (Swaggers Crew), has danced with artists including T-Pain, Trey Songz, Fergie, Cee lo, R. Kelly, Trisha Yearwood, Alan Jackson and Rick Ross.
