Man Stabbed During Possible Road Rage Incident In Culver City
A man was stabbed multiple times in Culver City and police are asking the public's help for any information about what happened.
CULVER CITY, CA — A man was seriously injured Wednesday afternoon in a stabbing in Culver City in what police describe as a possible road rage incident.
Officers were flagged down by a witness about 5:10 p.m. near Venice and Sepulveda boulevards, according to the Culver City Police Department.
The victim, who was found suffering several stab wounds to his back, was taken to a hospital for his injuries, which are serious but not life- threatening, according to police.

Investigators think the victim may have been stabbed during a road rage incident. The two men fled the scene in a vehicle, but further information was not released. It's unclear how the incident started.

View this post on InstagramPRESS RELEASE ATTEMPTED MURDER On 7-1-20, at about 5:10 PM, Culver City Police Officers were hailed down in the area of Venice Blvd. and Sepulveda Blvd. by a community member regarding a stabbing that had just occurred. Officers found a male subject who had several stab wounds to his back. The officers rendered aid to the victim and requested paramedics respond. The victim was transported by Fire Department personnel to a local hospital. His injuries are considered serious but non- life threatening at this time. Preliminary information revealed that the victim was involved in a road rage incident and was assaulted and stabbed by two other subjects who fled the area in a vehicle. Culver City Police Detectives are on scene conducting a follow- up investigation. If anyone has further information regarding this incident, please call the Watch Commander at 310-253-6202.
