May 25th Compliance Date In Culver City For Flavored Tobacco Products Ban
The Flavor Ban goes into effect for all Tobacco Retailers on May 25, 2020 (with the exception of Tobacco Stores).

On October 28, 2019, the City Council adopted an Ordinance prohibiting the sale of all flavored tobacco products, including menthol products (collectively, and known as, "Flavor Ban"). The Flavor Ban goes into effect for all Tobacco Retailers on May 25, 2020 (with the exception of Tobacco Stores). The effective date for Tobacco Stores is November 27, 2020. All Tobacco Retailers in Culver City, with the exception of Tobacco Stores, are prohibited from selling flavored tobacco products beginning on May 25, 2020. Violation of the Flavor Ban may result in criminal and administrative penalties, including possible revocation of a Tobacco Retailer's license.
