Sheriff’s officials stress that hate crimes won’t be tolerated in Cupertino and urge anyone who feels threatened or witnessed the incident to contact West Valley Detectives.
• Former De Anza College soccer coach earns national recognition (mercurynews.com) — A longtime leader at Cupertino’s De Anza College is being nationally honored for decades of work building its soccer and athletics programs. Retired coach and athletic director Kulwant Singh has been named to both the NACDA and NATYCAA 2026 Halls of Fame, recognizing his championship seasons, academic support for players, and ongoing leadership in California community college sports.
