ANNOUNCING: Santa Clara County Art Contest For High Schoolers
DA's office invites artists to create a poster that will raise awareness on the issue of Human Trafficking. Top prize: $500.

The Santa Clara County District Attorneyās Office invites local high school students to create a poster that will raise awareness on the issue of Human Trafficking.
First prize will receive $500, and the winning poster will be prominently used in the District Attorneyās Human Trafficking Awareness Campaign. The second place winner will receive $300, and the third place winner will receive $200.

āHuman traffickers take away freedom from some of our most vulnerable populations: our poor, our undocumented immigrants, our youth,ā Deputy District Attorney Paola Estanislao said. āAwareness is the first step to protecting our communities.ā
Entries must be submitted to the District Attorneyās Office by Friday, May 15, 2015.

Winners will be announced on Friday, May 29, 2015. All submissions will be displayed at an upcoming āJustice for Allā Art Show at the County of Santa Clara Government Centerās Breezeway located at 70 West Hedding Street in San Jose.
The art show will be open to the public.
