We last left our hero as he was doing research to gain information about his mortal foe. Harold, the scientist who lives next door, thought it might be a good idea to bring logic and reasoning in Arnie's pursuit of his illusive adversary but cooler heads did not prevail this time as Arnie decides to do things his way.
Arnie, knowing his few limitations, needed the help of Harold who possessed the one thing that which Arnie needed in his relentless pursuit of justice...a motor vehicle! But not just any vehicle, NO! He needed a car that would not only be inconspicuous during surveillance operations but spacious at the same time in order to accommodate his muscly stature...a 1959 Cadillac!
Arnie, Harold and Laura pull up to a location Arnie had discovered was the secret gathering spot for the city's criminal element. Will Arnie finally track down the the person responsible for terrorizing his beloved community? Will Laura and Harold finally understand Arnie's sense of urgency as he tries to solve the steadily worsening plight of hundreds of downtrodden Patch followers in his tiny community?!
