Chuck Devine, a Cupertino Rotarian, developed a nationally recognised and twice award winning program to assist out-of-work individuals get a job.  The program has experienced a 50% success rate of employment and another 30% discover the need to extend their education.  Just sending out a resume on your own has been proven to work only 4% of the time.
