Friday Night Lights at Lynbrook
Lynbrook's first night football game under new lights
Lynbrook High School celebrated the grand opening of the new football field with treats from the new snack shack, cheers, speeches from Principal Gail Davidson and Superintendent Polly Bove, band music, dancing Valkyries, ribbon cutting, and two football games against Gunderson High. Congratulations to senior quarterback Gabe Wagner-Rosales for scoring the first varsity touchdown under the lights. Fullback Tim Wallis, wingback Kyle Williams, and running back Jared Jacoby were busy making tackles and gaining yardage for their team under the blue moon. Lynbrook's next home game will be Homecoming, Oct. 5th, vs Fremont.
